How to get to the PRE RIDEF  and to the RIDEF?

As the Pre and Post RIDEF are in Gothemburg, we are happy to help you to arrive here!

This is the location of our school in Gothemburg! When you arrive to Gothenburg, just follow our location in google map. It is useful if you are not going to stay at the school and you are looking for accommodation around, during the Pre/post ridef, and also useful to find us when you arrive to Sweden.

From wherever you come… the trains and the buses will take you here.



 If you are going to take a train, you need to go from The Airport (ARN) to the Central train station. 

The distance between them is about 36km.

There is a train connecting the airport with the city.

There goes un Airport Shuttle to and from Landvetter Airport. The airport buses take you from Landvetter Airport to central Gothenburg, with departures up to every 12 minutes. The travel time is calculated to approximately 30 minutes, but it may vary depending on the time of day and the traffic situation.

You follow the bus sign, out to the airport buses, outside the terminal at Gothenburg airport.

You can buy a ticket on board the bus, but only with cards. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, VISA Electron and Maestro.

Tickets can also be purchased at the airport bus kiosk.
Open monday – friday at 10:00 – 18:00 or at the ticket machine at the exit of the outdoor hall or at the ticket machine at the bus stop or at the Press Office in the International Hall (Check-in Hall) or at the Press Office Domestic Arrivals Hall or 7-Eleven Landvetter Airport

The bus takes you to the Nils Ericson Terminal, in the center of Gothenburg.


You go to the Västtrafik information desk.

Open monday-friday 6:00 to 22:00

Saturdays 08.00 – 22.00

Sundays 08:00 – 20:00

There you will get all help with tickets.

Continue straight ahead, through the central station, until  you come out to the central square.
Walk straight across the square.

There you take bus 60 towards Masthugget.

You get off the bus at Paradisgatan. Continue walking the same direction, up to the top of the hill and there you turn to the right. Then you walk straight ahead. .


. . . until you reach Freinetskolan Bild & Form.



There are trains and buses taking you to Ljungskile. Ask in the Västtrafik information about departures.

There you’ll get all info you need, about tickets.
